Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Nu-Enesra website and mobile app. By creating an account or using Nu-Enesra you agree to them.
1. The service
Nu-Enesra lets clients post jobs and contests, lets workers offer services, and holds a client's payment until the agreed work is delivered. Nu-Enesra is not a party to the agreement between a client and a worker and does not employ the workers on the platform.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Give accurate information, and keep your phone and sign-in accounts secure.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens on yours.
3. Payments and escrow
- When a client pays for a job, the money is held until the client approves the work, or until a dispute is resolved.
- Payments are processed by Chapa, Telebirr and SantimPay, and their own terms also apply.
- Any service fee is shown before you pay or accept a job.
- Do not arrange to pay outside Nu-Enesra for work found on Nu-Enesra.
4. What you may not do
- Post anything illegal, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that you have no right to post.
- Harass, threaten or defraud other users.
- Impersonate someone else or create fake reviews.
- Interfere with the service or try to access accounts that are not yours.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give Nu-Enesra permission to store and display it so the service can work, for as long as it stays on the platform.
6. Disputes between users
If a client and a worker disagree about a job, either can open a dispute and Nu-Enesra will review the job, its messages and its deliveries before deciding how the held payment is released. Our decision on the held payment is final within the platform.
7. Liability
Nu-Enesra is provided as is. We are not responsible for the quality of work done by users, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees we received for the job in question.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Nu-Enesra and ask us to delete your account at any time. Jobs that are in progress or payments that are held must be settled first.
9. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
